  I'm the type of person who feels embarrassed when another person complains in my party & I'm the the type to just suck it up & deal with it, but not this time. We went into BK and it was completely empty, after we ordered, we didn't know where to sit because every table was dirty & the floor covered in trash. [Not just little crumbs where you can wipe away w a napkin] one of the employees saw us trying to decide, and came out to wipe the tables. We found one table to fit 5 of us, it was in a corner. The seat was dirty w food & ants, but I didn't complain. I just wiped it away but the wall had ants crawling on them, not just 1 or 2 but about 10. We were questioning if we should eat in the car but we have a small car w 3 teenagers, so we sat & ate our meal. Also the manager & another worker were joking around & cursing out loud behind the registers, we could hear them from being in the furthest corner from them. It was just a bad experience, & I don't want to be harsh. I never want to put anyone down or a business but it's the day after & still can't get over it, because I never experienced this.

  The place was a mess, food was cold, the person taking out order was rude and a smart ass. Just overall bad experience.

  We stopped here after a closure on the i17 had routed is through Sedona. Apparently everyone else had the same thought because it was packed and they started running out of stuff. Still, the staff was very calm under the pressure and courteous to the massive crowd.
